Yes. SKMA offers clear starting points for children, adults and women who are new to martial arts. Choose the programme that matches the student’s age and interests, then use the free week to experience the coaching and atmosphere.

How does the free week work?

Choose a programme and send your details through the free-week form. The academy can then share the suitable session options and arrange your first visit at the Totton Activity Centre.

Which classes are available for children?

Little Ninjas is for ages 4–6. Children aged 7–12 can choose Junior Martial Arts or Junior Kickboxing, depending on whether they prefer a traditional martial arts route or kickboxing.
